Conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from each other, Norbella Prior Lake and Norbella Savage offer a combined total of 80 units, including 48 Assisted Living (AL) and 32 Memory Care (MC) units. Qualifications: Proven closing skills Solid organizational skills with the ability to self-start and follow through on initiatives with minimal amount of supervision Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Job Responsibilities and Duties: Achieve or surpass occupancy targets. Lead community tours for potential residents, their families, and other stakeholders, highlighting our unique market position, services, and pricing. Manage the sales journey from initial inquiry to successful move-in. Forge strong relationships with key referral sources. Engage in and promote events that generate leads from both the public and referral networks. Maintain an active role in networking organizations to bolster opportunities.
