Job Summary: Supports data-driven projects within the Loan Operations department at INTRUST Bank. Assists with efforts to produce both high-level and technical documentation to enhance communication across teams and ensure accurate loan data processing. Investigates and reports on loan processes, data flows, and regulatory requirements. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Work with mentor to develop process documents, narrative reports, and training resources related to data flows and structures, loan literacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop insights to facilitate new efficiencies across departments and promote the accurate transmission of loan data from documentation to digital storage.
• Assist with researching and updating loan records.
• Gather requirements for loan reports and validate results against expected outcomes.
• Maintain existing procedure library, i.e., updating materials in a timely manner, removing content that is outdated or no longer applicable, communicating updates to department personnel.
• Participate in shadow sessions across key areas of the bank to gain a broad understanding of INTRUST’s business.
• Perform various other duties assigned by Department Manager and Assistant Manager.
Education and Experience: Currently pursuing a business or information services degree with course work or experience in data science, business/data analytics, computer science, or database management preferred.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products, internet browsers, and related computer skills. Some experience with information management and/or data analysis required. Must have strong analytical skills and be proficient with written communication. Ideal candidate should possess a natural sense of curiosity with a passionate interest in the banking industry.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Working Conditions: Normal office conditions.
