Director of Growth Marketing
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Growth Marketing to help accelerate the our direct-to-consumer business. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Direct To Consumer (DTC) Marketing, this role will oversee and execute comprehensive global media planning and performance with a specific focus on Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Mobile Performance and Online Video. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, modeling and implementing successful campaigns at all levels of the funnel, familiarity with key MarTech assets, ability to tie campaign investment to key business outcome metrics and a passion for testing new channels to drive growth in a subscription business.
We prefer candidates located in the Dallas/Frisco or California marketplace. We will only consider candidates currently in the United States and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role:
Develop and execute global, segment driven (ex: prospecting, remarketing, cart abandoner, etc.) media plans with a primary focus on Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Online Video channels
Stay in tune with industry trends, platforms, and technologies to ensure campaigns are at the forefront of digital advertising for online, subscription businesses
Leverage key metrics and assets such as MMM and MTA to both improve and validate overall campaign performance impact to the business
Identify and assess new media channels and partners to diversify our media mix
Establish a framework for conducting thorough evaluation of new channels, measuring performance against established KPIs for impact to the business and growth in new subscribers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, optimize and manage media budgets throughout the quarter to maximize bookings, ROAS and other KPIs
Provide guidance and recommendations to optimize budget allocations based on opportunities, performance data and campaign objectives
In partnership with the Marketing Analytics team, develop and maintain robust analytics frameworks for measuring and reporting on campaign performance
Provide regular, insightful reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
Collaborate with external agency partners to align strategic goals and objectives
Oversee agency performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives
Ensure consistent campaign optimization at both the creative & segment level, ensuring maximum ROAS, new subscriber growth and efficiency
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments in real-time
About the You:
10+ years of proven experience in media planning and strategy in North America with a focus on Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Mobile and Online Video (Corporate or Agency side). Experience with influencer campaigns a plus. Global marketing experience a plus.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (ex: Meta, Yahoo, GDN), tools (ex: Media Mix Modeling), and technologies
Experience in testing, evaluating and scaling new media channels for advertising.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Proficiency in budget management and optimization at scale
Previous experience managing external agency relationships
Exceptional communication, collaboration and leadership skills
