You willplay a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to achieve business objectives, ensuringoperational excellence, and fostering a high-performing and motivated team.Your primary focus will be to uphold the National Aviation Authority (NAA) and CustomerApprovals and contribute to the drive for growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction acrossthe super region. You will collaborate closely with other senior leaders such as the regionalDirector or Vice President, to align the regions goals with the overall organizational strategy.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Strategic planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive compliance, growth andachieve business targets. Ensure regional manhour planning data is collated, made available andmaintained in a universal standardized format. Analyze and keep abreast of NAA changes toidentify opportunities and risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt and optimizestrategies for the region.Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operations across all branches orlocations in the region. Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and other metrics as guided bythe Director, Regulatory Compliance including sales metrics, financial performance, customersatisfaction, and operational efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and implement actionplans to prepare for growth, enhancing productivity, and profitability.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high performing team within the region. Provide guidance,mentorship, and support to Quality Managers or other direct reports. Foster a "just" culture ofcollaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Motivate and empower team members toachieve individual and collective goals.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersincluding customers, partners, and local authorities.
