　　Job Description:

　　The Director of Finance, Budget and Analytics is responsible for coordinating and preparing the hospital's annual budget, monitoring department budget variance reviews, position control maintenance, FTE and productivity analysis, and the preparation of monthly financial statements in coordination with the medical centers VP of Finance, internal finance representatives, and the Corporate Finance Department.

　　Responsibilities will also include overseeing onsite financial, analytical, and statistical reporting, as well as providing financial direction to Department Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Physicians and/or Senior Management.

　　Requirements:

　　A Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting/finance is required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

　　Five or more years of hospital financial management are required.

　　Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Personal computer experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, Word, as well as PowerPoint.

　　Experience with PeopleSoft, Kaufman Hall, Strata, ADP, Horizon Performance Manager, Tableau, and/or Epic is a plus.

　　Working Knowledge of:

　　Healthcare Finance

　　Healthcare Accounting Practices and Budgeting Systems

　　Hospital Management and Operations

　　Hospital Staffing and Productivity Measurement & Reporting
