Kforce's client, a publicly traded company is seeking a Tax Manager in Rutherford, NJ for a hybrid position.Summary:The Tax Manager will be responsible for completing and maintaining the quarterly and annual tax provision for the company and assist with managing the tax compliance process. The position will also be responsible for leading and implementing process improvements and technology updates to ensure the tax function operates as the best in class. 　　Assist in preparation of tax provision under ASC 740 standards, recording of temporary and permanent differences in income for financial and tax purposes, and the maintenance of deferred tax calculations for domestic and international operations

　　Prepare and analyze any federal return-to-provision adjustments to support the U.S. consolidated federal income tax return

　　Take a hands-on role in the preparation and review of the Company's U.S. consolidated federal income tax return, including the preparation and or review of any estimates and extensions

　　Review of foreign tax compliance including, but not limited to, GILTI, Subpart F, PTEP model, foreign tax credit utilization

　　Prepare all required disclosures to be filed with the federal income tax return, including, sections 351 & 368 statements, DCL statements and gain recognition agreements (GRAs)

　　Conduct tax research and provide technical support to Tax department personnel

　　Prepare annual and quarterly memorandum to document any key positions for the provision

　　Play an integral role in building a results-oriented tax function to ensure that Tax Department goals are achieved through the development of professional staff

　　5 years of progressive strategic tax experience with Big Four or large public accounting tax experience working on large multinational corporations

　　Along with progressive strategic tax experience within a large multinational corporate tax department handling complex federal, state, and international tax issues and analysis is preferred

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
