About Director, Integrated Campaigns ( Hybrid- NYC)

  The Director, Integrated Campaigns will be responsible for strategy and execution of multi-channel, global content programs and campaigns that support key brand themes. This role will partner closely with colleagues across the Marketing team and internal Sales and business partners to deliver content and experiences across the buyer journey to our target audiences to drive engagement and demand.

  The ideal candidate will deeply understand buyer needs to inform Marketing strategies, have proven experience building integrated programs with internal and agency partners, and apply performance-based digital media practices to maximize campaign impact.

  The candidate should have extensive segment or industry marketing experience, preferably in the financial services or technology industry, and have a good understanding of the financial services ecosystem. The candidate must be able to thrive in a changing, highly complex, fast-paced environment.

  We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.

  Job Responsibilities: Build global, cross-segment, multi-channel campaigns around priority themes and content in partnership with Segment/Regional Marketing teams and central teams (Brand, Digital Channels, Digital Events, PR, Business Development).Create the strategy for, plan and execute digital marketing initiatives -- to connect with buyers throughout their journey -- including SEM, social media, video and website content.Leverage intent data and existing segment/regional campaigns and content to deploy Account Based Marketing (ABM) pilots for 1:Few and 1:Many programs. Create roadmap to deploy ABM at greater scale.Develop sales enablement strategies and tools to support each campaign, and link key themes and content to specific Broadridge solutions.Test new channels and approaches to increase campaign impact.Establish KPIs for each marketing program and report out on results and learnings.Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, emerging marketing opportunities and content strategies to continuously improve our thought leadership and campaigns.Maintain a calendar of all enterprise campaign efforts to keep Marketing colleagues and internal partners informed.Skills/Competencies: Leadership - leads people across highly matrixed complex organization; manages risk and complexity across products/segments/functions; leads teams with diverse workload using strong project/program management to meet deadlinesCommunications/presentation skills - communicates effectively across organizational levels and with different constituenciesChange management/agility - drives change and displays a spirit of continuous improvement; models agility and adaptiveness to changing environmentInfluence -inspires others to act; brings thought leadership, subject matter expertise or point of view to optimize outcomesClient Focus - brings strong client-centric approach to product marketing with deep understanding of client needsEmotional intelligence - models for team and displays awareness, empathy, acuityTeamwork/collaboration - fosters and models collaboration across teams and the broader organization; thinks strategically but can also "roll up your sleeves" to do the work as neededTalent management - has track record of developing and retaining talentGlobal mindset - experience and/or comfort working in global organization with understanding of local market / regional nuances and opportunitiesMarketing/brand acumen - experienced in all aspects of the B2B marketing mix and role of product marketing; experience in B2B financial services and/or technology marketing;QualificationsBA Degree5-10+ years of experience, ideally in a B2B marketing within a financial services and/or technology companySalary range $140,000.00- $150,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
