Our team of 400+dedicated employees share the desire to do meaningful work and make adifference in the lives of individuals with disabilities inMassachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Oklahoma.Location: Pittsfield, MA Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Salarystarting at 50,000 per year Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm;occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings Summary: The ClubhouseDirector is responsible for the daily operations of the program. Thisposition requires the ability to lead a diverse team while overseeingstaffing, utilization, funding requirements, regulations andaccreditation, and implementation of state and agency policies andprocedures.
