  What Facilities Management/Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

  Facilities Management/Maintenance is responsible for supporting the physical structure of a company facility. Facilities Management/Maintenance assures the compliance of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards for the Building and Manufacturing areas. General building maintenance.

  Responsibilities

  General building maintenanceRepair walls, water leaks and restroom malfunctionsGeneral building paintingCarry out and maintain proper documentation of preventive maintenance to equipment asassigned.Assist in electrical service and repairs.Equipment troubleshootingAbide to all company regulatory Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements.Qualifications

  High school degree or equivalent experience, preferred.Relevant coursework and/or projects experience, preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills, preferred.What is expected of you and others at this level

  Applies knowledge and company policies to complete a variety of tasksDemonstrates a working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibilitymaintains appropriate licenses, training and certificationsWorks on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issuesMay assist in recommendation of processes on new assignmentsAdheres to all quality guidelinesWorks with limited supervision. Work occasionally involves review of output by work lead or supervisorMay provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team membersAnticipated hourly range : $15.30per hour - $28.50per hour
