Role Title: Dir. DDIT US&I Arch & Int DAI
Location: This position will be located at Hyderabad, India. This position will require 10% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).

As an Architect in the DDIT US&I - Data, Analytics, and Insights team, you'll have opportunities to contribute to the modernization of the data ecosystem, deliver DnA products to the countries and the core brand teams to deliver exceptional customer experience, reach twice as many patients twice as fast to help them prevail over severe diseases by using data-driven insights.
Role Purpose:
• Manage the development of architectural standards, and the direction and design of architecture for a US&I business and Data, Analytics & Insights(DAI) technical domain.
• Responsible to contribute / grow the SA practice. Be the Single Point of contact for Business Partner for US&I (Commercial) DAI domain
• Manage efforts to elaborate and communicate the architecture of the US&I DAI domain and/or the development of architectural solutions for projects and programs. Team leader or individual contributor or very large / sophisticated projects and driving successful execution based on agreed solution architecture design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee architectural activities for a US&I DAI business and technology domain, manage the development of solution architectures for projects or programs within teh US&I DAI business area.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure right business and technical capabilities are incorporated into the solution with appropriate scaling model for future increase in capacity
• Ensure business processes, business requirements & outcomes are defined to drive the architecture definition
• Define standards and direction of architecture in the specific business or technical domain.
• Define and develop the logical design and information management strategies necessary to store, move and manage data in a new target state.
• Utilize architecture patterns to suggest the most adequate utilization of Data & Analytics technical platforms in support of the holistic DAI solution architecture design.
• Define, create and evolve the Architecture Governance Framework (e.g. architecture methods, practices and standards) for IT.

Essential Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer science, engineering or information technology discipline. An advanced degree or equivalent experience and related accreditations a plus.
Experience
• 15+ Yrs experience and Leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams, Organization Scope, Scale and Complexity, Geographic Scope, Functional Breadth, Major Change, Collaborating across boundaries
• Emerging Technology Monitoring, Consulting, Influencing & persuading, Unbossed Leadership, IT Governance, Building High Performing Teams, Vendor Management, Innovative & Analytical Technologies.
• Good understanding of descriptive vs. prescriptive Analytical frameworks. Solid understanding of MLOps and project life cycle management.
• Production experience with commercial and open-source ML platforms. Strong awareness of AWS ML service offerings.
• Strong familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings. Awareness of integration patterns across MDM/RDM and transactional systems.
• Production experience delivering data lake projects, including data acquisition, quality, transformation, and publishing.- Strong exposure to data security and governance policy definitions and enforcement capabilities.
• Data product-centric approach to defining solutions. Collaborate with business in collecting requirements, grooming product backlogs, driving delivery, and ongoing data product improvements. Agile delivery experience handling multiple concurrent delivery cycles.
