With BR Informatics (RX), BR is making a strategic investment into informatics capabilities and is positioning itself to deliver the systems and services that are critical to the future of drug discovery.

  Purpose of the Role:

The Engineering department in RX delivers excellence in software, data, and infrastructure engineering to continuously improve the impact and value of software and data to BR. Inspiring and enabling innovation and a strong DevOps culture in your team with Agile and Lean methodologies.

Supporting your team members in bringing Product visions within your team into reality.

Providing the strategic context necessary for your team to effectively prioritize product roadmaps and resources, measure product success, and assess value delivery.

Ensuring continuous value increase of the Products in your team by supporting and holding your team members accountable for continuously improving engineering productivity and efficiency.

Contribute to establishing common processes, standards and tools around software engineering and ensuring these are followed by your team members.

Ensuring adherence to security, quality and regulatory compliance (e.g. GLP & GCP) standards and policies.
