The Role

The Director, Corporate Finance will be a key member of the Finance Leadership team responsible for leading the enterprise annual budget planning and monthly PL management throughout the forecast process. This role will also be key in providing support for all external facing finance activities related to quarterly earnings and investor relations support.

What you'll do

Lead the corporate annual budget planning process.

Partner with FPA team to ensure external guidance metrics are achieved.

Partner with Investor Relations and External Reporting throughout quarterly earnings process.

Management of the WHR Global Marketing Fund, ensuring proper governance over spend levels and investment allocation.

Mange enterprise Loyalty program metrics of Ultimate Redemption Rate and Cost per Point and their impact on program financials.

Provide guidance to Franchise Sales commission execution and enterprise variable compensation planning.

You'll be successful if you have

Ability to work under pressure in tight timelines.

Ability to work across teams and provide guidance to influence decision-making.

Required Qualifications/Experience

Minimum 7+ years experience in progressive Finance roles.

Experience leading a team.

Degree in Finance required, MBA a plus.
