　　Job DescriptionAs a Plumber in TLC’s Service Division, you will be responsible for providing customer focused service on a daily basis to ensure a safe work environment, high quality work and high rate of productio n.

　　Job Requirements3+ years of residential/light plumbing

　　Understanding of OSHA regulations and Safety requirements for all aspects of the service trade

　　Strong Plumbing installation skills

　　Aptitude and ability troubleshooting areas of Plumbing systems.

　　Aptitude for sizing of Low/Med/High pressure systems

　　Prepare cost estimates for repairs.

　　Know state and local building codes.

　　Determine material and equipment for a job.

　　Install and repair pipes and fixtures.

　　Inspect and test installed or repaired pipe systems and pipelines.

　　Troubleshoot plumbing issues/find leaks.

　　Repair and replace worn parts.

　　Mandated safety training upon hire

　　We will assist with journeyman licensing.

　　Salary $58,240 - $70,720

　　*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *
