　　Summary:

　　To provide strategic direction to the health system in support of the enterprise growth areas for defined clinical aeras or business units with multiple program areas having a range of complexity and scope. In collaboration with the Corporate Director, Enterprise Growth, implements strategies to grow patient volume, awareness, preference, revenue, and market share. This is achieved through analysis of current markets, trends and opportunities, development of marketing plans and oversight of implementation. Applies knowledge of market research, business analysis, communications, and marketing strategy. Functions in a consultative capacity to clinical area leadership, providing direction, and systemwide integration for marketing, business, and clinical activities. Provides management, guidance, and oversight and guidance to direct reports. Responsibilities:

　　Meets regularly with key entity marketing, programmatic marketing and referral development leaders focusing on strategic regional growth & marketing strategies. Lead a team of highly skilled business development marketers to achieve regional growth goals Analyses and scopes needs according to strategic priorities and works with the enterprise programmatic growth and marketing center of excellence teams to execute on strategic plans Engages with key stakeholders including HealthWorks, Innovation, PMMG and Entity leaders to support novel and strategic practice and employers launches Works collaboratively with programmatic growth marketers and marketing centers of excellence (operations, digital, content, design, and research& marketing analytics)Participates in regional growth strategic planning Uses strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments, program relationships and work group teams simultaneously Uses solid judgment to independently problem solve complex issues related to a matrixed environment and competing demands in the context of defined priorities. Embraces a learning environment - is not afraid to experiment, take chances or lead pilots.Education or Equivalent Experience:

　　Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)

　　And 8+ years Marketing development, research for a healthcare or consumer products organization Education Specialization: Marketing, business administration, healthcare administration or related field preferred

　　Master of Arts or Science

　　5+ years Management level role in Healthcare Marketing Education Specialization: Marketing, business administration, healthcare administration preferred
