Position Summary: The Fleet Data Analyst assists fleet operations across multiple fronts by:
Essential Functions:
Conduct quantitative, qualitative data analysis, resolve data issues, and support the integration of data into Fleet systems.
Compile and analyze data and formulate reports for Fleet management.
Participate in the development of Fleet systems including the development of business requirements and the testing of new features.
Provide support for Fleet systems and serve as backup to enter and maintain pertinent vehicle information.
Perform special projects within department as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
0-3 years of experience
A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business with data analytics focus
Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present clear and understandable findings, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to both manage work independently and work well in a team environment
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in R, SQL, Power BI, or other dashboarding tool
