As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide guidance and encouragement, while building meaningful and supportive relationships with the individuals receiving services. You will advocate for the individuals in all aspects of their life, including community engagement and support in essential living skills. You will also be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping, and participate in periodic meetings/trainings according to regulations and LSS standards. Must be able to work awake overnights, be able to lift and push and pull, do some light cleaning, have knowledge of Therap, and be able to perform personal hygiene. The ability to successfully pass a background check. Basic computer skills. Able to read and write in the English language.
