　　1st shift:7am - 3pm Monday to Friday

　　Pay: $30-36 per hour based on experinece

　　Location: Medina, Ohio

　　What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

　　• Troubleshooting and repairing processes and systems, with a focus on controls including relay logic, PLCs and HMIs (Allen-Bradley), servo drives and motors, robotics, vision systems, and electrical power distribution.

　　• Modifying existing equipment systems, including controls, automation and robotics, electrical, mechanical power transmission, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

　　• Providing assistance to engineering and operations for process issues and improvements.

　　• Consulting with automation component suppliers to specify products for installation and arranging purchases of equipment, tooling, materials, and parts.

　　• Participating in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

　　• Occasionally traveling for training purposes (less than 5% of the time).

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have competent troubleshooting skills in PLC program troubleshooting, servo systems, industrial controls, motor controls, and electric circuits.

　　• Have thorough knowledge and/or experience in industrial automation networks, safety devices, robotics, vision systems, and electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

　　• Possess a basic understanding of CNC.

　　• Are a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a cross-functional work team environment.

　　• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

　　• Have experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens hardware/software.

　　• Have knowledge of multi-axis robots.
