　　The Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club, a private family-oriented club located in one of the nation's fastest growing communities, is looking to grow its team.

　　SCHEDULE:

　　Monday 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

　　Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Fridays from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM

　　Every other weekend Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM

　　POSITION SUMMARY:

　　Perform work involving, but not limited to, weed-eating, fly-mowing, edging, hand raking bunkers, walk mowing greens, planting assorted ornamentals and sod. This position is labor intensive due to the type of work performed. Includes any other tasks assigned by the Superintendent or Assistant.

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　Edge bunkers and cart paths throughout both courses

　　Hand rake bunkers and lips

　　Weed-eat lake banks, control boxes, tree beds throughout the grounds

　　Top-dress Driving Range tee and par-3 tees

　　Fly mow bunker faces and steep slopes found throughout the property

　　Assist in planting new landscaping throughout the course

　　Assist in landscape maintenance at clubhouse, tennis and pool areas

　　Walk mow greens, clubhouse yards and tees as requested by supervisor

　　Report equipment problems or failures to the equipment technicians

　　Clean and return equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility

　　Wear all required safety equipment as designated by supervisor and safety officer

　　SKILLS & ABILITIES:

　　Ability to safely and efficiently operate small equipment and hand tools is required

　　Ability to perform work to the meet company's standards and quality

　　Ability to follow oral and written directions

　　Ability to work with other employees efficiently and effectively

　　Ability to operate small transport vehicles

　　WORK ENVIRONMENT: Golf Course, outdoors; exposure to the elements, sand, dust, flying debris and uneven terrain.
