Director of Compliance and Risk Management As the Risk/ComplianceOfficer under the visionary leadership of the Comptroller, you play apivotal role in the College\'s success by identifying, evaluating, andstrategically mitigating operational and strategic risks. Yourresponsibilities extend to crafting and implementing policies andprocedures that align seamlessly with applicable laws, regulations, andthe College\'s strategic priorities. You conduct internal audits,presenting your findings to both senior leadership and the Board ofTrustee leadership. At the forefront of risk management, you direct acomprehensive risk assessment and analysis program, steering discussionsto pinpoint potential risks and devising effective strategies formitigation. Your role as the Risk/Compliance Officer involves not justoversight but collaboration, working closely with administrators todevelop, implement, and sustain a robust compliance program. Your keeneye ensures the monitoring, detection, and prevention of non-complianceissues, allowing us to fully meet regulatory requirements and navigatethe future with confidence.
