　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Provides leadership and management of all HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast facilities preventative and demand maintenance needs. Ensures safe, effective and efficient operation of facility physical plant, related auxiliary equipment and campus grounds, including but not limited to: Electrical, mechanical, control, HVAC, emergency generator, and electronic systems. Shall be responsible for the management of construction and renovation projects as required and shall maintain all applicable records as they relate to regulatory compliance.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience required

　　Previous supervisory experience in facilities management

　　5 years healthcare experience required

　　Minimum three years experience as maintenance director in a healthcare facility preferred

　　Certified Healthcare Engineer (CHE) or Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) preferred

　　Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
