DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR

　　Job Order in connection with an H-2B applicationRidgewood CC, 1 temporary full time jobs (4/01/24-10/15/24) located in Paramus, NJ. 35 hrs/wk minimum, shifts and shift hours vary Mon-Sun 7a-11p.

　　Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room staff during set up, serving and clearing. Train new food and beverage service staff. Assist with serving of food and beverages as required, particularly in the service of special guests and VIPs. Ensure the highest level of service is provided by the club's serving staff. Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and build/maintain rapport with the club members. Prepare staff work schedules. Plan parties or other special events and services as needed. Other reasonable job related responsibilities possible, as required.

　　Pre-hire background check.Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed. Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 25 lbs or more, and walk or stand for long periods of time. Professional appearance, able to communicate in English.

　　$25.07/hr minimum, overtime possible but not guaranteed @ $37.61/hr Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company's sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure. A single workweek is used to compute wages due, wages paid weeklyAll deductions from the worker's paycheck which are required by law will be applied. Optional housing may be available at no charge.

　　Tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job provided at no charge.H-2B workers reimbursed during first workweek for visa or government fees incurred (excluding passport fees).

　　Most economical and reasonable cost of transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed only if the worker completes half the employment period Daily subsistence during travel will be $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59.00/day with receipts.

　　Return transportation provided only if worker dismissed early or full employment period is completed except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
