Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications (DOMC), the Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in leading the online strategy development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns to various audiences across multiple digital channels. The position entails assisting with the gathering of promotional information, internal event photo and video shoots, preparation of the monthly social media calendar, monthly reports and management of the website and social media community management. The ability to comfortably interact with key departments and suppliers - combined with excellent time management skills; multi-tasking abilities, copywriting skills and attention to detail are essential criteria for this position.
What will you be doing?
As theDigital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Digital
Assist the department in planning, developing and execute annual/monthly digital marketing plan including social media, paid advertising, tracking and analysisAssist the department in curating and managing digital content (written, photos and video)Assist the department driving online traffic through digital marketing campaignsGather and analyze intelligence on market trends and opportunitiesMaintain the resort website and mobile app in multiple languages and coordinate enhancements to the site design and layoutConduct regular audits to ensure website is optimized for high quality custom images, content and linksRegularly audit content, images, and star ratings on OTAs and Meta Search sitesMaintain the image library and ensure that all online photo and video content, written content, promotions, advertising and other resort materials are in keeping with Conrad guidelines and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentationBe an advocate for the company with positive and accurate communications in social channels, as well as the distribution of targeted media releases, media kits, and partnership with bloggers and influencersSocial Media
