Job Description:

　　Provides group and individual educational services related to nutrition and wellness as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. The incumbent must perform all duties in a manner that contributes to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. Provide medical nutrition therapy and nutritional counseling to our cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, and cardiology patients and to other patient populations per provider referral. Work with a multidisciplinary team as a group collaborative to improve patients’ heart health and overall health. Work Experience: Experience providing counseling or other services to behavioral health patients.

　　Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

　　Registered or registry-eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS Credential).

　　East Market (additionally needs to add):Upon completion of 90 days of employment must be able to pass the competency test related to nutrition order writing privileges.

　　The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
