This Position is for a Branch Office Specialist with a company located in Gulfport.

　　Duties And Responsibilities: Embrace company values; regularly perform administrative and mechanical duties in a safe, friendly manner. Communicate company offerings and services enthusiastically to walk-in customers and those contacting us by telephone. Regularly inspect then fill 20, 30, and 100 lb cylinders used by customers for grills, RV's, temp heat, forklifts, and other uses. Do regular work to keep the showroom, warehouse, and tank yard clean, organized, and operable. Help the branch with all workplace organization efforts. Conduct regular work on the computer to support the branch's daily work flow and customer-care efforts. Occasionally help with gas piping installations for new construction homes and businesses

　　Regular bending, lifting, and pulling are daily motions that will be conducted safely using proper methods.  Regular use of hand tools will be a part of the daily routine.

　　Education and Qualifications:  High school diploma; Associate's degree in Business or a trade-related certificate is helpful and applicable. Pass pre-employment checks including criminal background, MVR and drug screening. Professional; friendly; seeks to grow with an established company but realistic about a timeframe to obtain that growth. Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Excel); organized; solid communication skills. Enjoy a variety of work that includes working inside with heat/air conditioning and regular work outside in all weather conditions; a blend of computer work, customer interaction, and physical labor duties including the regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
