　　oin a team of dedicated support for individuals who experiencedevelopmental disabilities in their home in Middlebury. The home offersa therapeutic and fun environment that incorporates such values asempowerment, choice and respect. This position provides direct care tothe residents, and helps them build living/social skills and achievepersonal goals according to their support plans. Patience, goodjudgment, attention to details and flexibility necessary. Experiencewith personal care and medical oversight for this population a plus. HSdiploma/equivalent and good driving record required. 47.25 hours perweek, with two overnights. Annual compensation \$44K. Comprehensivebenefit package. EOE.
