Description

　　If you're looking for work as a Desktop Support Technician, and have the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in an understandable and concise format, you may be a good fit for the job opening at Robert Half. This Desktop Support Analyst role is based in the Atlanta, Georgia, area.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

　　Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

　　Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions

　　Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

　　Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

　　Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

　　Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

　　Requirements

　　2+ Years in a Windows Environment

　　Command of Basic Network troubleshooting

　　Experience supporting and administering Office 365

　　Active Directory experience

　　Strong Hardware and software troubleshooting skills

　　Detailed oriented for note taking within ticketing system

　　Able to work with minimal supervision

　　Associates/Bachelors Degree or Industry Certifications
