Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two Desktop Support Analysts to work on site five days per week in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have three years of desktop support experience within an enterprise level environment supporting Windows device management, imaging computers, patch management, hardware repairs and replacements. These Analysts will be responsible for Windows and Mac desktop support including troubleshooting mobile support for Apple iPad and iPhones for net set ups, configurations or upgrades to the customer's current set up. The Analysts should have experience with printer support for networking and troubleshooting on site with customers. The team currently utilizes OS ticketing system and is migrating to ZoHo ticketing system. Analysts could expect to receive an average of 80 tickets per week. The Analysts will use Active Directory for user access and provisioning and deprovisioning accounts for the customer.
Skills and Requirements
-3 years of Desktop Support experience within an enterprise level environment supporting Windows device management, manual imaging of computers, patch management, hardware repairs and replacements
-Background with Windows and Mac desktop support including troubleshooting mobile support for Apple iPad and iPhones
-Printer support for networking, troubleshooting on site with customers
-Knowledge of Active Directory for user access, deprovisioning and provisioning accounts
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing 80 tickets per week from beginning to end
-Go-getter mentality, eagerness to learn and grow with the team
-Excellent communication and strong customer service personality -Bachelor's degree
-Experience with a ticketing system -- currently using OS tickets and migrating to ZoHo
-Powershell scripting -- could be leveraged within other IT projects and teams
-Background with inventory and recycling for the Louisville campus null
