Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Generalist to join our team. This role will serve as a floater, focusing on networking and service desk work in a Meraki/Cisco network environment with Windows servers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting an average of 500 end users and will frequently work with Active Directory, Office 365, AWS, and SharePoint.

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years of experience maintaining a network environment

Knowledge of Meraki/Cisco networking and Windows Server management.

Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, AWS, and SharePoint. - Multilingual
