　　Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a qualified individual for the Design-Build Project Lead (Transportation Engineer 4) position. As a subject matter expert, the Design-Build Project Lead plays a pivotal role in delivering Design-Build projects, overseeing day-to-day project management, and leading WSDOT Design-Build staff. Reporting directly to the Project Engineer, this position is responsible for construction/design oversight and quality management, demanding extensive knowledge of complex construction project operations. The Design-Build Project Lead serves as the primary WSDOT representative in all interactions with the Design-Builder, ensuring the success of our transportation initiatives.
