Job Description

　　We are looking for a highly skilled Design Manager to join our Bay Area Infrastructure engineering team with focus on Energy and R&D improvements. In this role, you will be asked to own and drive the full design and engineering efforts for construction and infrastructure development from concept to permits to build. This role requires you to be extremely detail oriented, an excellent communicator, identify and work through difficult barriers, and drive cross-functional teams to execute quickly at high quality in alignment with company policies.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5+ years of professional experience managing complex Architectural projects with heavy MEP scope, such as, R&D facilities, workplace, and site infrastructure.

　　Bachelor's degree in Architecture or B.S. in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical Engineering; M.Arch or M.Eng preferred but not required, or equivalent experience.

　　Experience with BIM software, including Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and project management software such as Plan Grid. CA RA or AIA license preferred; Project Architect experience is a plus. PE preferred for MEP.
