Collaborates with the customer to assess current operations and business processes through the examination of organization's goals and needs which begins at the strategic level and progresses down through the stakeholder organization. Facilitates Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts and engages stakeholder organizations to fully define the processes, business rules, and relationships that drive operations.

　　Requirements

　　TS/SCI with poly required

　　Ten (10) years experience conducting Business Process Reengineering activities is required.

　　Five (5) years experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Capability Maturity Model (CMM)/ Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), ISO 9000, Six Sigma, agile) for COTS integration programs is required.

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

　　Four (4) years of additional experience in business process/change management on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
