Woodfield Road, Suite 204, 60173Requisition ID:192270Position OverviewThe Safety Incentive Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing and managing the safety incentive program within the residential service line. This role involves creating strategies to promote safety awareness, analyzing safety related data, and administering the incentive program to reward, motivate, and engage employees around their commitment to safety in our workplace.The Davey Tree Expert Company and its subsidiaries value each individual and strive to encourage diverse ideas and perspectives to inspire collaboration and empower our employees. We believe our commitment to building a culture of belonging by treating everyone with respect, dignity, empathy, and care is critical to achieving our vision and mission.Pay Range- $65,000-75,000.Job DutiesImplement and manage the safety incentive program for the residential service line, aligning it with the Company's values and safety metrics.Collect, analyze, and interpret safety-related data using available safety reporting software to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancing safety performance.Generate regular reports and deliver presentations to communicate safety performance metrics to the leadership of the service line.Collaborate with operational leadership to design and implement innovative and engaging safety initiatives that foster a culture of safety awareness.Collaborate with corporate support departments, including the Health and Safety Department and Legal Department, to identify safety performance trends and solutions for our offices.Develop training materials for managers around the safety incentive program, ensuring the proper messaging to our field employees.Administer and track rewards and incentives, working closely with corporate support departments to ensure timely and accurate distribution of rewards to field employees.Continuously evaluate the safety incentive program for effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data analytics and feedback.Collaborate with the Data Analytics Team to create a dashboard displaying key safety performance metrics to monitor the program's impact.Job Duties ContinuedPerform other related duties as assigned.Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules.QualificationsBachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field or equivalent work experience.Minimum 2 years of experience working within a safety related field.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Origami, Qlik Sense, and SAP Analytics Cloud.Demonstrated customer service skills.Additional InformationWhat We Offer:*Paid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for advancementAll job specific equipment and safety gear provided401(k) retirement savings plan with a company matchEmployee-owned company & discounted stock purchase optionsGroup Health PlanEmployee referral bonus programLocations throughout US in major cities and desirable areasCareer Development Program supported by Industry Expert Safety Specialists & Skills TrainersScholarship Program for Children of EmployeesCharitable matching gift program*all listed benefits available to eligible employeesCompany OverviewInvest in your future.
