Description: Quality Delivery and Sustainment representative supporting F-35 Developmental Flight Test Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　• Assisting Quality Engineer with Corrective Action Request responses, Operational investigations, and Aircraft Ground Damage Investigations

　　• Collaborating with multiple functions/departments to assure process compliance and supporting program continuous improvement efforts. Reviews organizational command media for accuracy and potential revision.

　　• Completing Process Surveillances, Audits, and External Inspection Preparation (AS9100, GFR Survey, Safety)

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 5 years' of experience in Aviation Maintenance/Quality.

　　• Prior Aviation Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience

　　• Experience with RCCA or Continuous Improvement

　　• Current Secret Clearance (or above), able to attain an interim Secret Clearance prior to start.

　　Desired Skills:

　　• Working Knowledge of AS9100 and 8210.

　　• Green Belt, Black Belt, ASQ CQE or CMQQE training/certification.

　　• Ability to design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment

　　• Ability to interpret performance specifications and other systems integration technical data

　　• Demonstrated ability to work at all levels to identify and drive root cause corrective actions

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

　　Pay Rate:

　　The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

　　(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

　　Pay Rate:

　　The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
