Role
Data Consulting engages in data quality improvement efforts that span single and multiple product lines (i.e. Health and Welfare, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Stock Plan Services and HR/Payroll) within the implementation and ongoing servicing client lifecycle.
The Defined Benefit Analyst will support the business by working on highly complex Defined Benefit Implementations or De-Risking Projects leveraging their analytical strengths and skills. The Expertise and Skills You Have
Bachelor's degree preferred4+ years of defined benefit / pension administration experienceAbility to balance multiple projects efficiently and accurately while working towards project deadlinesProficiency in SQLDetailed Oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProject/Client Management experience a plus.You understand defined benefit plansYou have hands on experience handling and analyzing large amounts of data, providing any corrective actions needed to the data set and reporting those results up to the client and any internal stakeholdersAbility to balance and prioritize multiple projects while managing risk and time management needsYou have the drive to build on process improvementsAbility to collaborate in a team model and with clients to solve problems using your strong verbal and written communication skillsYou have proficiency using Microsoft Suite Products: Excel, Word, Teams, etc.Take ownership of your tasks and take initiative on ad hoc client projects that require critical thinking with minimal direction.Identifying, validating, and recommending changes to process designs (client, vendor, internal) that improve data quality current state and ongoing maintenanceBuilding and maintaining successful relationships with clients, vendors and internal partners.

The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group is composed of over 300 professionals who advise clients on the management of their domestic benefits. We are a fast-growing business within Fidelity, providing a broad range of services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy, funding, communication, and delivery. While we focus on working with the Fortune 1000, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes.
The base salary range for this position is $63,000-$100,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
