Description Lutheran Social Services of WI andUpper MI is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist (either fullylicensed or with \"in-training\" license) for our growing DialecticalBehavioural Therapy (DBT) program. The ideal candidate have a Master\'sdegree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, ClinicalMental Health, or Social Work, have previous experience working withindividuals with severe and persistent mental illness, and prior DBTexperience. The position can be based out of the Wausau, Beaver Dam, orWest Allis location. Therapists will provide individual and grouptherapy services to clients in their homes, communities, and viatelehealth for the duration of the one year program. The program alsoprovides 24*7*365 on-call client coaching. Therapists are on-call fortheir own clients during the work week and are part of a rotatingon-call schedule for weekends and holidays. On-call work is doneremotely!
