About Medical Laboratory Technician

  Job Description:

  We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to operate our laboratory. While no prior experience is required, 1-2 years of experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be in charge of running the lab, performing genetic testing, ensuring quality control, conducting a variety of tests, maintaining cleanliness, operating sophisticated laboratory equipment, and managing inventory by ordering lab supplies. This role involves handling 170-180 specimen tests daily. As a vital member of our team, we are looking for someone who is eager to take ownership and demonstrates a strong sense of pride in their work. The role offers a significant level of autonomy, making it essential that the candidate is comfortable working independently. A fresh graduate with an MLT license and long-term career aspirations with our organization is encouraged to apply.

  Work Environment:

  This opportunity is in an outpatient cancer facility. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm.
