Description

　　Your Role:

　　As our Director of Data & Business Intelligence, you'll be the architect and champion of our data strategy. You'll lead a talented team of analysts, spearhead data initiatives, and translate complex information into actionable insights that drive informed decisions across all levels of the organization.

　　What You'll Do:

　　Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals.

　　Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from data acquisition and quality control to analysis and reporting.

　　Lead the development and implementation of data analysis tools and dashboards using technologies like SQL and Tableau.

　　Partner with business stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

　　Communicate data-driven insights clearly and persuasively at all levels of the organization.

　　Build and lead a high-performing team of data analysts and scientists.

　　Foster a data-driven culture that encourages exploration, innovation, and data-informed decision-making.

　　Who You Are:

　　You have 10+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, ideally in a leadership role.

　　You're a master of SQL and Tableau, able to navigate complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.

　　You're a strong communicator, able to translate complex data into clear and compelling stories for diverse audiences.

　　You're a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their full potential.

　　You're a strategic thinker, able to connect the dots and translate data into actionable business strategies.

　　You're passionate about data and its transformative power, with a contagious enthusiasm that's impossible to resist.

　　You're flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

　　Requirements

　　Experience:

　　At least 10 years of professional work experience or educational equivalent.

　　Experience in quantitative or policy analysis, applied research, or program evaluation preferred.
