Wipfli is looking for a dedicated, self-driven and innovative Social Media Specialist to assist in executing and collaborating on marketing strategies, campaigns and paid media. The ideal candidate will understand how to leverage social media platforms, analytics, client relationship-building and paid media to support the firm’s growth goals. Candidates should have a proven ability to collaborate and coach across silos — and at all levels — of Wipfli.
This role will report to the social media manager and is a part of the Digital Marketing team, which is filled with dynamic, hard-working and talented marketers who thrive in a collaborative and supportive culture. You also would be working closely with several teams, including content, creative, account management and analytics.

Responsibilities :
Work with social media manager to develop, oversee and track the results of paid and organic social media campaigns.
Leverage data and insights to drive informed, cohesive social strategies across all channels.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to execute the firm’s social media content calendar.
Continuously analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights on the effectiveness of various social strategies for different channels.
Be the expert on best practices for social media for B2B firms.
Understand Wipfli’s industries, services, goals and competitors.
Promote employee advocacy in producing and managing internal campaigns to highlight Wipfli culture.
Execute and contribute to Wipfli social media calendar, helping drive a balance of topics and a posting schedule in sync with ever-evolving social media best practices.
Collaborate with Wipfli’s engagement editor to grow Wipfli's online community by responding to comments and messages, and facilitating discussions when appropriate.
Explore new trends and topics and research competitors.
Collaborate with diverse and geographically dispersed teammates and subject matter experts.
Be able to interact with and influence firm associates, marketing leaders, engagement teams and other business partners to ensure social strategy alignment and execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
3 - 5 years of agency or direct social media experience required.
1 - 3 years of B2B marketing experience – digital.
1 - 3 years paid social media experience, preference in LinkedIn.
Expert in Google and social analytics.
Expert in social media tools and platforms, including Facebook/Meta Business Suite; Twitter; LinkedIn/Campaign Manager; Instagram; YouTube Optimization and social media scheduling tools.
Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communications skills.
Beginner graphic design experience preferred.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $55,000 to $91,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.Wipfli cares about our associates and offers a variety of benefits to support their well-being.
