　　About the Role:

　　The Machine Operator role at the Hanover location reports to the Packing Room Supervisor and takes day-to-day direction from the Lead Machine Operator.You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Ensures that production standards are met by: operating all packing room machines at specified efficiency (speed). Packing room machines include: Hayssens, box machines, box tapers, stretch wrapper, diverter gates, case labelers and sonic sensors.

　　Determines upcoming production needs by studying production sheet to anticipate changeovers and assigned products to machines. Uses this information to have correct film, co-dates, stickers, hot stamps, etc. ready for next order.

　　Maintains specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions and inspecting product for pleats, leakers, holes, registration, and code-dates to keep within specified bag waste limits.

　　Ensures product specifications by completing weight checks on packing lines.

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 7:00a to 3:00p Monday through Friday with some Saturdays . $23.92/hr .
