　　Responsibilities

　　Manage the receiving process. Verifies all merchandise deliveries

　　Communicate advanced or delayed shipping information to the General Manager and Executive Chef.

　　Input all freight information in the Inventory Management System.

　　Ensures the proper receiving procedures are used for control of shortages.

　　Ensures an orderly and neatly maintained stock and receiving area.

　　Qualifications

　　Similar experience in a restaurant setting

　　Able to work in a high volume environment

　　Can lift up to 40 lbs

　　Able to read, count and write accurately to complete all documentation
