　　Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality control framework across all business units and regions, focusing on end-to-end data processing.

　　Manages relationships with peers at clients, and randstad entities

　　Acts as the subject matter expert on data quality.

　　Uncovers emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.

　　Dealing with complex specialist questions within data quality and data management and giving advice.

　　we expect

　　knowledge of databases, data transformation, data analysis, business intelligence, SQL, data management and data quality

　　Proven experience (5 years) in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role, focusing on end-to-end data processing.

　　Proven people management experience.
