　　rrPosition Summary:

　　r Custodians ensure that assigned offices, restrooms, locker rooms,classrooms and conference rooms are clean and orderly. They perform suchtasks as sweeping and mopping stairways, entryways and halls; cleaningentryway door windows; completing general office cleaning; operatingcustodial equipment; completing minor repairs and parts replacement onequipment; climbing ladders and working with cleaning equipment; andconducting security checks of the buildings in which theyre working.

　　rrMinimum Qualifications:

　　r - Due to the duties of this position, candidates are required to be atleast 18 years of age.

　　- Willingness to: perform duties associated with commercial cleaning,including operating industrial-type cleaning equipment such ashigh-speed buffers and vacuum cleaners; cleaning restrooms, bathfacilities, locker rooms, swimming pools, and/or similar facilities;dusting and washing a variety of building surfaces such as shelves,window sills, walls and floors; moving heavy items such as tables,chairs, and bleachers; repairing the equipment and related devicesoperated in cleaning.

　　rrPreferred Qualifications:

　　r - Any experience that indicates a skill level necessary to perform anyof the assigned custodial tasks.

　　- Demonstrated attitude toward customer satisfaction and continuousquality service improvement.

　　- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and cooperate withothers.

　　- Demonstrated reliability/dependability through work history, schoolor references.

　　rrPhysical Requirements & Working Conditions:

　　r- Physical ability to: bend, stoop, lift, carry, and/or otherwise moveitems weighing up to approximately 50 pounds; move continuouslythroughout the shift; climb and stand on ladders.
