　　Job Summary:

　　ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is looking for experienced acute care nurse practitioners or physician assistants to join HCA Florida Palms West Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL.

　　Qualified Candidates:

　　18-bed ICU – medical and surgical

　　24/7 coverage – 1 MD - day/ 1 APP night with MD call coverage

　　Fulltime (15 shifts/mo) - nights only 7 pm - 7 am

　　APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation, work independently, and be able to carry patient load of 8-10 patients per shift.

　　3-5-day block scheduling

　　Acute care certification required for NPs; 2-3 years’ experience in the ICU for PAs
