As the Data Entry Clerk, you will enter large volumes of information into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases, and you will handle additional accounting and finance support functions. This short-term contract / temporary position requires the Data Entry Clerk to be based in North Olmsted, Ohio.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Ensuring data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures

　　Handling highly sensitive information

　　Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions

　　Executing additional tasks as required

　　Preparing data for computer entry by assembling and organizing information; creating entry priorities

　　Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks

　　Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies Requirements - Can work independently with minimal supervision

　　Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

　　Adeptness in Individual Tax Return

　　Perform Data Entry experience

　　Expertise in numeric data entry

　　Typing Data Entry experience preferred

　　Data entry experience desired

　　Experience with Computer Data Entry

　　Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills

　　High school diploma or equivalent obtained

　　Proven computer skills

　　Candidate must meet a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy

　　Highly organized and self-motivated
