　　Responsibilities

　　Receiving returned materials or products and inspecting them to determine their condition and reason for return.

　　Operating stand-up forklifts to move materials, products, and containers within the facility, ensuring safety and accuracy.

　　Utilizing the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) software to record and manage return transactions, maintain inventory records, and generate reports.

　　Demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, while staying on top of return processing tasks and meeting deadlines.

　　Double-checking and verifying the accuracy of returned materials and documentation to minimize errors and discrepancies.

　　Identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies related to returned materials, such as incorrect items, damaged products, or missing documentation.

　　Communicating with other team members, supervisors, or other relevant personnel to seek clarification or information regarding return materials and procedures.

　　Creating and attaching appropriate tags or labels to returned materials for identification, tracking, and sorting.

　　Transporting materials and containers within the facility using the stand-up forklift and ensuring they are stored in their designated locations.

　　Taking the initiative to complete tasks and maintain an organized work area, even when unsupervised.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
