　　 Job Summary:

　　This position involves reporting directly to the site superintendent, with responsibilities including communication of production requirements and addressing maintenance needs. It's a seasonal role with potential overtime during peak periods and additional work over the winter as required.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Execute plant maintenance based on production schedules, utilizing appropriate materials. Perform arc welding and fabrication work on Stone and Asphalt Plants. Undertake various laboring duties within the Plant. Assist in plant maintenance and compile reports on plant repairs. Adhere to company policies, as well as OSHA/MSHA regulations, ensuring safe working procedures and environments. Report any issues to the manager/superintendent promptly. Lead projects, collaborate effectively, and communicate efficiently with team members. Inspect parts for damage and wear using micrometers and gauges. Conduct overhaul repairs on Aggregate crushers. Implement torch cutting and steel layout for fabrication.

　　 Requirements:

　　The ideal candidate will possess:

　　Mechanical maintenance experience. Welding/fabricating experience. Safe and professional operation of equipment. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions efficiently. Excellent attendance record and a positive attitude. Completion of a physical exam, drug screen, and background check before employment. Valid driver's license. - Basic computer skills. Willingness to travel to other locations if required. Adherence to proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines. Availability for long hours, weekends, and potential night or split shifts.

　　 Preferences:

　　Prior experience in the asphalt and Aggregate Field is preferred but not required. Welding and fabrication expertise is essential.
