Responsibilities:

• Meticulously matching and merging customer profiles.

• Efficiently liaising with appropriate teams for escalations when necessary.

• Collaborating seamlessly with various departments to ensure all necessary connections are made for complete profiles.

• Conducting thorough analysis and audits on profiles to ensure their accuracy.

• Regularly communicating with relevant parties to resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer profiles. Requirements • Must possess proficient skills in data entry.

• Experience in customer service is required.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
