　　TEKsystems is seeking a qualified Field Services Technician to join our team in support of our customer's manufacturing facility. This will be a 2nd or 3rd Shift position

　　Job Duties

　　• Resolve plant floor system and hardware issues to keep the plant floor operational.

　　• Responsible for ensuring proper documentation and escalation for all incidents.

　　• Perform data and configuration changes in relation to support.

　　• Follow incident response process and procedures.

　　• Printer / Hardware Replacements

　　• SQL Queries

　　• Fix Data and transaction issues

　　Skills

　　• Troubleshooting skills

　　• Knowledge of SQL, Active Directory, PLC Live Data Tags, Log Monitoring, basic scripting, and execution.

　　• Windows / Linux OS Support and configuration

　　• Basic knowledge of containers, Kubernetes / Docker or other similar technologies

　　• Experience resolving simple to moderately complex issues through root cause analysis.

　　• Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, a self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

　　• Analytical and problem-solving skills

　　• 1+ years of experience with Manufacturing IT Systems (nice to have)
