This is a 100% remote work position.
We are looking for someone who is good at reading complicated forms and extracting the critical information and recording it in excel spreadsheets. Our company provides consultants and temporary staffing for every state and some foreign country governments. We need a support person to assist us by going to the different state procurement websites and filtering the opportunities for those which are relevant to us, saving the documents for those opportunities in our internal spreadsheet, and informing our other teams that they have an opportunity to work on. While the position will begin as a data entry position, it has the potential to grow in different directions. If you enjoy the work and are good at it, it is possible to become a team leader for one region and coordinate the responses to these opportunities. Also it would be possible to join the teams that create the responses and take over a region or country. Or if you just like this work you can remain doing it and grow to have as much regional access as you wish.
Qualifications: Must be skilled with the following:* Web browsing,*creating and maintaining multiple accounts and login credentials securely,*downloading and uploading files into shared folders,*email,*Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Skype, OneDrive),* AdobePDF* Reading long complicated forms and extracting critical information that might be worded differently each time
Hours and Days are flexible, we have people in timezones around the world and who have very different schedules. We can work with you to find a schedule that is mutually acceptable.
