　　Supports hardware and software installation, configuration, operation and ongoing maintenance of the computer/data center. Operates, monitors and performs basic troubleshooting of equipment, networks, and data processing/batching; assists with logging and documentation of equipment and processes. Responsibilities may also include cabling, racking and server installations.

　　Effectiveness, determine exposure to risk, and develop remediation strategies.

　　Troubleshoot and respond system problems with technical team.

　　Plan, implement, monitor, and upgrade internal system.

　　Participate in the change management process.

　　Conduct efficient and effective internal audit procedures.

　　Communicate complex technical issues in simplified terms to the relevant staff.

　　Perform internal and external audit (ISO , SOC , PCIDSS, Data center related certification).

　　Develop a strong understanding of business and system processes.

　　Training staff on operation policies.

　　Incident management (prepare incident report, investigation, conduct root caused analysis, remediation/rectification through incident closure
